How The Experience Is Designed

 

This is a guided process I walk you through.

You’ll move through the Wheel of Life, get clear on what matters most right now, build your Minimum Standards, and turn it into a plan you can actually follow in real life.

This is a 6-week experience designed for real change, not just insight.

The first 4 weeks are focused on building clarity, direction, and your personal system.

Each week gives you one clear focus, building on the last so you are not left trying to piece it all together on your own.

You apply it in real life.
You check in.
I guide the adjustments.

I’m there to guide as you go, but the real aim is that this becomes yours - something you understand, can return to, and keep using as life changes long after the 6 weeks are done.

The final 2 weeks are where most people would be left on their own.

This is where you integrate it.

You apply it in real life, work through what comes up, and get support as you begin living it day to day.

By the end of the 6 weeks, you will not just have gone through a process.

You will have a way to keep reassessing what matters, refocusing your energy, and moving forward as life changes.

Week 1 — See What’s Really Going On

 This week helps you step back and see what’s actually going on in your life.

You’ll:

  • assess the key areas of your life using the Wheel of Life
  • see where things feel off, heavy, or out of sync
  • notice what is draining your energy and attention
  • stop guessing about what needs your attention most

This is where vagueness starts to lift.

You stop looking at your life in a blur and start seeing what actually matters.

Week 2 — Replace Overwhelm With Focus

This week helps you get clear on where your energy actually needs to go.

You’ll:

  • get clear on the areas that matter most right now
  • stop splitting your energy across too many priorities
  • see where one area has been taking too much of your focus while other important areas have been neglected
  • understand what this season is actually asking of you

You stop trying to carry everything at once — or letting one area consume everything — and start moving with more intention.

 

Week 3 — Design and Run the System

This is where you turn clarity into something you can actually live.

You’ll:

  • create simple actions for your priority and support areas
  • make those actions realistic enough to hold on a hard week
  • build actions that match your real life, not just your best intentions
  • build self-trust through consistent follow-through

Hi, I’m Pierre.

I started training at 19 when I was struggling with low self-esteem, and it changed my life.

It gave me confidence, structure, and a sense of progress I had never really felt before.

That passion led me into 10 years as a personal trainer, along with work as a massage therapist, helping people get strong results and feel better in their bodies.
